I called them from an internet listing, and got Chris, the owner. He was very friendly and knowledgeable about my problem, asking a lot of questions. Once he looked at the machine, he told me he could probably restore my windows and get my data without reloading Windows, and he did it. Every other outfit I talked to said they would need to re-load Windows. This guy know his stuff, and was reasonably priced, considering the virus infection I had wouldn't let me do anything.
