Arlington Power Equipment has been doing business under current ownership since July 8, 1989
What is your primary product or service?
We sell and service a wide variety of outdoor power equipment for all seasons.
How did you first become interested in your line of business? (if owner) - What is your background? (If owner or store manager)
We have over 20 employees with many years of experience in the industry. We are a certified WBE (Woman)owned business and have hired employees through-out the industry. Former owners of lawn dealer, distributor sales reps, managers for other dealers and mechanics that have been raised into the industry.
How do you differentiate yourself from other businesses in your category and area?
SERVICE SERVICE SERVICE!!!!We strive on friendly, personal service. We carry top rated products and employees are trained and very knowledgable to help make the right purchase decissions.
How many locations do you have and do you have plans to expand?
We have recenetly moved into our new state of the art facility. We made the jump from a 2400 square foot facility to the Brand New 23,000 square foot building. Time will tell for future expansion and locations.

We are in Palatine Illinois, on Rand Road (Rt12) approx 1/8 mile north of Lake Cook Rd on the North/East side of the street.
What type of payments do you accept?
We Accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Cash and Check. Also Honda Card, Toro Card, Exmark Card, Cutting Edge and Cutting Edge Pro, Yard Card and Yard Card Pro.
Which areas do you service?
Northern Illinois is our main focus. We will ship anywhere in United States.
Who owns your company or runs daily operations?
Arlington Power is onwed and operated by Dottie Saranzak. She runs the day to day operation with the assistance of a handful of department heads.
What are your hours of operation?
We are open....Monday-Friday 7:30am til 5:00pm CST and Saturday 7:30am til 3:00pm CST
