Our pizza's are made with only the freshest ingredients, never frozen or canned. We make delicious Thin Crust, double dough, Old Fashion Deep Dish, Stuffed Pizza. The dinner menu includes many homemade specialties such as Manicotti, Lasagna, Chicken Caccatori, Italian Pork Chops. Try our homemade pasta Fettuccini, Cavatelli, or Gnocchi. Come try our homemade Tiramiu, Gelato.

How long have you been in business?
We have been in business since 1959.
What is your primary product or service?
We are a family owned Italian restaurant.
How did you first become interested in your line of business? (if owner) - What is your background? (If owner or store manager)
I was working at our restaurant since I was 15 years old. My parents say I was born into the business. I have worked in the kitchen, served tables, worked as bartender, you can say that I have done all jobs.
How do you differentiate yourself from other businesses in your category and area?
My family has been in Des Plaines since 1959. My Grandparents opened our first family restaurant Called Caesars from 1959 to 1969. My Dad opened a small carryout and delivery store front in 1971. In 1974 my Dad opened our currant restaurant. So we believe we are a staple in the community. We help out our community as much is possible. We know that there a lot of restaurants and only a few have the longevity we have and are still in the restaurant business.
How many locations do you have and do you have plans to expand?
We have one location. We do not have any plans to open or expand our business.

We are located at Central Road and Wolf Road in Des Plaines.
What type of payments do you accept?
Cash, Visa, Mastercard, Discover and American Express.
Which areas do you service?
We deliver to Des Plaines, Mt. Prospect, Arlington Heights, Prospect Heights, Wheeling.
Who owns your company or runs daily operations?
Mr. Robert Mele owns the restaurant. We have 4 managers who run the daily operations.
What are your hours of operation?
Monday-Friday Dining Room Open at 11 Am. Saturday - Sunday Dining Room Open at 12 Pm. Monday -Sunday Carryout and Delivery Open at 10:30Am.
What is the best compliment anyone can give you?
A customer sent us a letter typed (not Micro soft word) saying how we have the best food and service. He and his family come here for every special occasion to celebrate. He recommends us to everyone. When we receive emails or mail from our customers we always answer each one as if they are a close friend of ours. We care about our customers and it shows.
